Is an easy-to-use optical test instrument, that identifies optical fibers by detecting optical signals being transferred through the fibers.
By using non-destructive macro-bend detection technology, it avoids opening the fiber at the splice point for identification and interrupting service.
The OFI-20 can accurately detect the optical signals, signal directions and the presents of modulated tones. It can used to test all types of fibers, including 250mm, 900mm, Ribbon as well as jacketed fibers of 2mm and 3mm.
